Welcome to The Yoga Room. 
Located in the leafy suburb of St. Ives, you will find The YogaRoom quietly tucked away behind the CAS Hall at No. 6 Stanley St.

Under the guidance of it’s founder Judy Krupp, The YogaRoom was established in 1997 to share the ancient teachings of yoga with an enthusiastic local community.

Over the years, our school has thrived with a growing number of students arriving to class each day . We welcome both men & women who are new beginners and advanced students to come along and be part of our community,  to enjoy the yoga experience and the benefits of improved health and wellbeing. 

Please browse our website to find our class timetable, and calendar of events. We conduct regular workshops and offer time to relax and unwind at our yoga retreats both here and overseas. 
Yoga teachers will appreciate our Extended Learning programmes designed to deepen their knowledge and answer the many questions that arise after training. Bookings are now being taken for our Yoga Therapy Training Course.
