Catch 195/196 bus from Gordon station and get off near the Commonwealth bank at St Ives Shopping Village.

If you are coming from the Pacific Highway head toward the Northern Beaches past St Ives Shopping Centre. On your right after Memorial Avenue you will see Video Ezy and the intersection to Stanley Street. Turn at this intersection and you will find us about 20 metres from the corner with the entrance next door to the tile shop.

If you are coming from the beaches along Mona Vale Road, turn left into Stanley Street at Video Ezy. There is parking available at the rear of the building or there is normally plenty of street parking.

The Yoga Room and Life Centre are on the second floor of the building. (entrance next door to the tile shop and up the stairs)
