
Education is an important part of being able to best heal and maintain our bodies. We offer a series of workshops which draw on the knowledge of our experienced Practitioners. We also bring in guest speakers ensuring these workshops are dynamic and beneficial. This is an informative evening covering issues such as pain management, improving your golf swing, get your body into shape for cycling or skiing.
Our studio is fortunate to benefit from the expertise of many world renowned yoga instructors. The Guest Instructors run yoga workshops usually over a weekend and include intensive yoga sessions, talks and demonstrations.
