The retreat will run from 8th May to 13th May 2009
We will be doing two classes a day. A Morning session and an afternoon session with plenty of free time during the day to explore beautiful Byron Bay at your leisure or indulge in a massage or beauty pampering session.
Come and experience the energy and beauty of Byron in the magnificent setting of Sansurya. This retreat is for a mixed level of student as everyone will be encouraged to work at their own pace, whilst exploring the possibility of moving beyond their perceived limitations.
Spaces are limited to 24 places. Accommodation is on a shared basis but of superior quality. The fee includes all Yoga sessions, evening events, accommodation, and all organic and delicious vegetarian brunch and dinners.
Body therapies and beauty treatments will be available on site or in Byron Bay, These will be payable separately to the providers.
To secure your place for the retreat we will require a deposit of $200 per person on signing for the retreat. This deposit is refundable up until 30 days before the retreat after which refunds will only be available on a replacement basis.

Judy Krupp
Judy Krupp who runs workshops within Australia and internationally, is based at the The Yoga Room & Life Centre on the North shore of Sydney. With her 28 years of yoga experience, she lives and teaches with humour and passion.
Originally trained in the Iyengar system, she now teaches a multi-faceted approach, blending the art of asana practice with the science of the mechanics of movement.
Judy has an astute knowledge of the body and its movement, gained from 20 years of yoga teaching and as a myotherapy body therapist.

John Ogilvie
John Ogilvie, founder and director of Byron Yoga, has been teaching yoga for over eighteen years and leads the Byron Yoga Centre teacher training courses. He encourages a light heartedness in our approach to yoga and to ourselves. Classes with John are both challenging and dynamic, and integrate the different yoga styles of Iyengar and Ashtanga, as well as the softer Sivananda and Satyananda practices of yoga and the energy principles of Aikido.
The morning sessions, from 7.00 to 9.00am will be taught alternatively by Judy and John.
The afternoon sessions, from 4.00 to 6.30pm, will be taught alternatively by Judy, John and guest teachers.
