
Education is an important part of being able to best heal and maintain our bodies. We offer a series of workshops which draw on the knowledge of our experienced Practitioners. We also bring in guest speakers ensuring these workshops are dynamic and beneficial. This is an informative evening covering issues such as pain management, improving your golf swing, get your body into shape for cycling or skiing.
Yoga Workshops: Our studio is fortunate to benefit from the expertise of many world renowned yoga instructors. The Guest Instructors run yoga workshops usually over a weekend and include intensive yoga sessions, talks and demonstrations.
What do I need to know before I come to class?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Try not to eat or drink anything for a couple of hours before coming to class.
Try not to drink water during the class - unless very thirsty.
If you are new to yoga, please inform the teacher when you arrive.
