beginners INTRODUCTION course

Our 6 week program is designed to keep you moving, build strength and flexibility. A great opportunity to work and learn from an experienced teacher. Evelyn is a long serving teacher of The Yoga Room and you can find her bio here.
Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of your level of fitness or flexibility. We work safely, in small groups, and to your own capacity. This class is suitable for beginners, and over 50's and gets you ready to join in our regular classes.
Classes are capped at 12 students and all mats and props are provided.
Dates: Six one hour sessions starting 3rd February -9th March 2020
Time: Mondays 11.30-12.30PM
