Deb is committed to educating students to ‘feel and get to know their’ bodies’ through breath and posture work in yoga, “so students aren’t ‘just making shapes with their bodies without knowing what they are doing’. Deb’s is also dedicated to showing students the importance of balance in their every day lives and how this starts ‘on the mat.’.
Deb also teaches Private One on One classes ranging from elite athletes needing ‘yoga fine tuning’ for their training regimes, to students needing to take their yoga practice further or in need of a ‘tailor made brush up’ on their poses and practice. Debs Private classes also include students with injuries or illnesses needing to learn how to adapt their yoga practice to their ‘current body’ or students new to yoga wanting a head start before they join in a group class.
