It's easy to Zoom from wherever you are!
  1. Download the Zoom app (a blue box with a camera)
  2. Log in and create a password
  3. Wait for the email to confirm
  4. Log back in
  5. Book your classes online on the YogaRoom website timetable as you have always done. Please book the day prior or at least 1 hour before the class starts
  6. Make sure to have your mat ready, one or two blocks, a strap and a blanket, or be creative and improvise! Having a wall/chair nearby is useful.
  7. 15 min before the class your teacher will email you the link. Click on the link to sign in.
  8. You can mute/unmute for you to be heard
  9. Voila ... enjoy your class
